Customers of Panaserve

Panaserve respects the privacy of it's Customers. Panaserve will not sell, or otherwise distribute, any information provided byCustomers of Sprocketwire to third parties. The only circumstances under which Panaserve may do such, would be in cases where:

Panaserve is presented with a legal request by a law enforcement agency, which Panaserve deems legitimate and enforceable.
It becomes necessary in pursuance of protecting Panaserve property or personnel.
It is necessary in the normal pursuance of providing support or services to the Customer

Panaserve reserves the right to use information provided by Customers to contact the Customer regarding matters related directly to Panaserve, or it's parent company. Examples of such communications are promotions, product information, or updates.
